WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 days of purchase. When your order ships you can request your tracking number via our contact page.

MY CARD IS DECLINED! WHY IS THIS SO?

If your card is declined, the likely reason is that you have to activate your card for overseas transaction as Revamaza is a registered company in beautiful city of Singapore. Our main outlet is in Singapore while our branch is in US.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive the product ( IE sign over from your local postal service) . If 7 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  If the fault is on us (mixed up, faulty on arrival), we’ll of course pay for return shipping 🙂  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us. We do recommend emailing our support team for full inquiry details.
